I was very pleased to see that Josh, the salesman was not pushy and was very down to earth. If he did not know the answer to a question he was honest about it and said let me find that answer for you. It was very refreshing to have a very relaxed and comfortable conversation and experience working with him. When I was taken back to sign the loan papers, the experience did not change. I was comfortable asking questions and did not feel rushed to sign something I did not understand. From prior purchases I was expecting a stressful and pushy environment. I could not have been more pleased.

In past years when we schedule work done we received a quote on parts not this time. Also I stayed and waited on vehicle dealership is so dirty bathrooms not clean at all and showroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned for along time. A lot of salesman wondering around but no one has enough pride to take care of things. Use to be a good dealership now I question what kind of work they turn out.

The service manager is a completely rude and arrogant jerk! I have been dealing with don wood Chevrolet for years for both purchases and service. Since our favorite salesman retired and the previous service manager left, I am reconsidering where I do business.
