My original advisor was great. However, every time I called the service department over the next week I got no answer and no follow up calls. Communication was terrible

When I made appointment I asked for oil change and low tire pressure lite being on Lite is still on.

Shaun has always been great. I originally brought my 2024 in for service after needing to call 3 times and the only person that ensured I got the service department was Shaun. After finding out that it was the same issue as most of the other traverses we started talking trading in. Shaun helped us and we were able to get into a new 2026 traverse.

I had a very good experience with the dealership. Michael LaRosa was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I would purchase from Don Wood Chevrolet again.

Terrible experience, I bought a brand new truck a year ago and I had to have them do two different alignments a year ago when I first bought the truck because the truck pulled to the right. It has since still pulled to the right, but it was not as bad after the second alignment. The truck has 9000 miles on it now and the last couple thousand miles it’s progressively gotten worse pulling to the right. So I brought the truck in for another alignment and they tried to say they couldn’t do it at the Chevy dealer so then they called me. I told them that the first time they did it they had to take it to their Chrysler dealer the second time they aligned it. So they took it to the Chrysler dealer again and aligned it and they claimed it was good to go. I come back to pick it up after hours and the truck still pulled to the right so I told them it still drove wrong and brought it back in and spent half a day for them to mess with the truck and then the truck started pulling to the left so I just brought it in again to have them try and work on it and the truck‘s been here for 2 1/2 hours and they still haven’t took it back in to look at it.. I had to call off work to come in here and they’re not working on the truck or anything so I’m just gonna take the truck somewhere else, but I wanted it to be noted that they were given a handful of attempts to try and get this truck straightened out and the truck still does not drive correctly and they are the ones who sold the truck brand new.
