Performance
There are two engines to choose from: a 1.2-liter and 1.3-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine. The 1.2-liter produces 137 horsepower, and the 1.3-liter puts out 155 horsepower. Front-wheel drive is standard, but you can get all-wheel drive with the 1.3-liter engine. With the front-wheel drive, you get a continuously variable automatic transmission. A nine-speed automatic transmission is standard with all-wheel drive.
With the front-wheel drive option, you get about 33 miles per gallon on the highway and 29 miles per gallon in the city. All-wheel drive Trailblazers get an estimated 29 miles per gallon on the highway and 26 miles per gallon in the city.
Interior and Exterior
The Trailblazer seats up to five adults comfortably. In the front, you have two bucket seats and a bench in the back. You can make six adjustments to the driver's seat to ensure comfort. With the higher trim levels, you can get heated front seats. It is also possible to upgrade to leather in the higher trims.
You can fit plenty of small suitcases and items from shopping trips in the back cargo area. Should you need to haul larger items, the back seats fold flat, giving you ample space for items like standard bicycles and bigger pieces of luggage.
Choose one of the six exterior colors. The LED headlights enhance visibility and safety since they are auto delay and dusk sensing. It has the signature dual-port grille between these lights, with the higher trims having a slightly more sophisticated design. At the back of the vehicle is an integrated rear spoiler, LED taillights, and a sculpted back bumper.
